Substitute items
On rare occasions when we are no longer able to source the specific item detailed in the auction, we may choose to substitute the item. When this happens, we will contact you and offer to send you an equivalent item of equal or greater value. 
Delivery Charges

The delivery charges for each item are shown on the auction description page. The charges shown are for delivery to continental US addresses. We do not deliver items to Alaska and Hawaii.

Delivery times vary; therefore any time provided should be used as a guide. 1pennywin.com shall be entitled to involve third parties to satisfy its contractual obligations without being required to notify the buyer. Obvious damage to the item from transport or packaging damaged during transport is to be reported to PROVIDER upon receipt.

I won an auction, when will I get it?

1pennywin.com has a maximum of 30 days to deliver your product. We will always strive to delivery prior to 30 days however, we cannot control unforeseen circumstances. 


 

What do I do if I receive a defective item?

In the event you receive a defective item please contact 1pennywin.com customer support. Because we sell a variety of items, defective items are handled on a case-by-case basis. But, in general, you have 14 days after receive your product to report it to us as defective. Please be sure to include your user name, auction ID and description of the problem when contacting us, so we can resolve your issue as soon as possible.

Please do not send the item back before contacting us.
